Common questions
How is this different from Every Door Direct Mail?
EDDM drops a card at every address on a route. We mail only the homes that just sold or just pulled a permit that matters to your trade, and only in the zip codes you hold.
Where does the data come from?
Public records: Wisconsin real estate transfer returns for home sales across the Milwaukee area, and City of Milwaukee building permits. The card never mentions a sale or a permit. New owners get a welcome offer. Permit households get a plain seasonal offer.
How many calls will I get?
We do not promise a number. Your tracking phone number and monthly report show the calls and scans your cards bring in, zip by zip.
Can a competitor get my zip codes?
No. The first company in a trade to sign up for a zip code gets it. After that we will not take another company in your trade there for as long as you stay with us. Other kinds of businesses can still mail in that zip; a painter and a lawn company do not compete. If you cancel, the zip opens to the next company in your trade.
Do I need to design anything?
No. Send us your logo and phone number, or we pull them from your website. You approve the card before the first mailing.
